      In a difference dependinge betweene Mr Henry Adams Plaintiff &
    Michaell Ashford Defdt, the Defdt absentinge himselfe out of the
    Province, An attachment is granted to the Plt against any of the
    goods & chattells of the Defdt wheresoever found to the value of
    nine thousand pounds of Tobaco Provided the Plt secure the Court
    from any damage which shall or may accrue to them by grantinge
    this Attachmt.

    The Court is adjourned untill Tuesday the 18th of this pnte Novembr
                & all process continued.

    At a Court held in Charles County on the Eighteenth day of

      In a difference dependinge betweene William Barton Senior Plt
    & Michaell Ashford Defdt William Barton Junior declared that he
    heard Mr Tho: Hussey acknowledge that he was indebted to Michaell
    Ashford & that he would pay or see that the Plt should be paid his
    debt due to him from the Defdt.

      It is ordered that Robert Rowland be Guardian to William Hun-
    gerford sonne of William Hungerford late of this County deceased.

      An attachment is granted unto Phillip Lynes agst the estate of
    Thomas Westcot (for that he is not to be found in the County) for
    the Sume of Seaven hundred & thirty pounds of Tobaco & cost

          The Court is adjourned for two howers

     The Court sitts & the Comrs are present Ut supa


      It is ordered that there be a nonsuite entred agst Nicholas Richard-
    son Plt at the request of George Athy Defdt for that the Plt ap-
    peared not agst the Defdt this Court to implead him

      In a difference dependinge betweene Francis Wyne Plt & Francis
    Kilborne defdt, after a longe debate it appeared to the Court the
    Plt had no cause of action & ordered nonsuite agst him
