Charles County Court Proceedings, 1671—1674. 481 lyne East south East For fower hundred perches to A bounded Oake Liber E from thence Runneing South west till it Intersect the south East and by South lyne of the sd James Mackys lyne and soc clowne the sd lyne Northwest and by north to the first bounded Tree, Conteining and now layd out for two hundred Acres more or Lesse Together wth all the Rightes and benefittes thereunto belongeing and alsoe All Patentes deedes wrighteings and Evidences touching or Concerning the same To Have & To holde the parcell of Lande and All and Singuler the bargained Premisses unto him the sd John Munn his heyrs and Assignes for ever, to the onely propper use and behoofe of him the said John Munn his heyrs and Assignes for ever, and the sd Benjamin Rozer for himselfe his heyres Executtrs and Adminisrs the sd parcell of Lande and All other the bargained Premises unto him the John Munn his heyrs and Assignes agst All manner of persons wtsoever Claymeing by from or under him shall and will for ever hearafter warrant and defend by theis Presentes the rentes and Ser- vices hereafter to become dewe to the Lorde Proprietor for the same always Excepted, and Foreprized and further tht the sd Benjamin Rozer his heyres and Assignes shall and will from time to time and att all times hereafter dureing the space of Seaven Yeares. att the request And att the proper cost and Chardge in the Law of him the John Mumme his heyrs and Assignes make doe Execute and suffer And Cause to be made done Executed and suffered All and every Such Further and other Act or Actes thinge or thinges device or devices Assurance or Assurances wtsover requizite in the premises for the better assureing and more Sure makeing of the sd bargained premisses unto him the said John Mumm his heyrs and Assignes for Ever, bee It by Inrolemt of theis presentes fyne feofmtt or otherwise or by any such Other Law full wayes or meanes as by him the Said John Munn his heyres and Assignes or his or their Councell learned in the law shall be reasonably devised Advized or required In Wit- ness whereof the parties to theis Indentures have hereunto Inter- changeably sett their handes and seales the day and year first above written, Benjamin Rozer Rozer interlined before (locus Signing and Sealing Sigilli) Testibus Ignatius Causin P.
