Tree, Containing and now layd out for one hundred Acres more or Liber E
Lesse together wth all the rightes and benefitts thereunto belonging,
and alsoe All Patents, deeds, writeings Evidences touching or Con-
cerning the same, To Have & to Hold the sd Parcell of land, and all
and Singuler the Bargained Premisses, unto him the said John Ward
his heyrs and Assignes for Ever to the onely Proper use and behoofe
Behoofe of him the sd John Ward his heyres and Assignes for ever,
and the said Charles woolley, for himself e his heyres Execeutrs and
Administratours doth hereby Covenant and grante to and wth the said
John Ward his heyres and Assignes that he the Charles Woolley
his heyre Executts and and Assignes the sd Parcell of land and all
other the bargained Premisses unto him the said John Ward his
heyres and Assignes against all person whoever shall and will warrant
and for ever Defende by thesse Pressente the rentes and services here-
after to become Dewe to the lord Proprietary, for the same alwayes
Excepted and foreprized, and further tht the sd Charles Woolley
his heyres and Assignes shall and will from tyme and Att All tymes
hereafter, dureing the Space of seaven yeares, att the request and
att the Proper cost and chardge, in the law of him the sd John Ward,
his heyres & Assignes make doe Execute & suffer, and cause to be
made done, Executed and suffered, All and Every such farther &
other Act or acts, thinge or thinges, device or devices Assurance or
assurances whatsoever requisite in the premisses, unto him the sd John
Ward his heyres and Assignes for Ever f or the more sure makeing
of the said bargained Premisses, be It by Inrolmt of thesse presents
fine feofment or otherwise or by any other such Lawfull wayes, or
means, As by him the sd John Ward his heirs & Assignes, or his or
their Councell Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised Ad-
vised or required, In Witness whereof the parties to thess Indentures
have Interchangeably sett theyre handes and Seales the Day and

in consideration of the summe of Sixe Thousand poundes of good
Legall Tobacco to him in hand att or before the sealing and delivery
