452 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1671—1674. Liber E any parte or parcell thereof To Have & To hold to him the said John Boyden his heyres Execrs Administratours and Assignes for ever and I the Richard True doe for my selfe my heires Executors Admrs and Assignes covenant promise & agree to and wth the sd John Boyden his heyers Execrs Admrs and Assignes tht he the sd John Boyden his heyres Executrs Aminisrs and Assignes shall and may by force and virtue of thesse pressents from tyme to tyme and att all tymes for ever hereafter have holde use occupy Posses & Injoy the before granted parcell of land All and singular the appurtenances thereunto belongeing or in any wise apertaining and have receive and take the rentes Issues and proffittes to his & their one proper use & behoofe wthout any manner of lett trouble Eviction Exquisition in- terruption or demand Of or by the sd Richard True his heires Execrs Adminisrs or Assignes or any or Either of them or of or by any other Person or Persons lawfully claiming from by or under them or any of them or of any Other person or persons wtsoever the rents & Ser- vices wch from henceforth from tyme to time and Att all times for & in respect of the other mentioned Premisses hereby soulde shall grow dewe or Payable to the cheife lorde or lordes of the fee or fees thereof for and in respect of his or their Seignory or Seignories onely Exepted and foreprized and the Boyden to pay a fine for an Aliena- tion of the said land above specified or any part or parcell thereof one whole yeares Rente in silver or goold or the full vallew thereof in such comodityes As the lord Proprietary or any Officer or Officers appointed by The lord Proprietary from time to time to collect and receive As is specified in patten in witness whereof the parties afore- said to To thesse Indentures interchangeably have putt theire handes & Seales the day & yeare first above written Testibus William Nevill Simon Steephens (locus William Boyden Sigilli) Thomas Allanson Acknowlegeth ths Ensewing Conveyance of land unto John Lambert This Indenture made the Eight day of March Annoq Domini 1672 Between Tho: Alanson of Charles County in the Province of Marya- land of the one Party and John lambert of the aforesd County & Province of the other Party Planter, Witnesseth tht the sd Tho: Allanson as well for and in consideration of the quantity of of three thousand poundes of Tobacco in caske to him in hand payd by the sd John Lambert the receipt whereof the sd Tho: Alanson doth hereby acknowledge and dischardge the sd John Lambert his heires Executrs Administratrs and Assignes by thesse presents hath given granted bargained Aliened sold Enfeoffed and confirmed and by thesse pres- ents doth give grante bargaine sell Alien Enfeoff & confirme unto him the sd John Lambert his heyres & Assignes for Ever part of tht parcell |
