Liber E members and appurtenances And have receive and take the rentes
Issues & proffittes thereof to his and theyre one proper uses and
behoofes wthout any manner of lett trouble Eviction or interruption
of or by the Wm Boyden & Mathew Sanders theyre heyres Execu-
tors administratours or assignes or any of them or of or by any
other person or Persons wtsoever (The rentes and Services which
from henceforth from time to time for and in respect of the first
mentioned premises hereby sold shall grow dewe & Payaple to the
cheife lorde or Lords of the Fee or Fees thereof for and in respect
of theyre Seignory or Seignoryes onely Exepted and foreprized) In
Witnesse whereof the parties aforesaid to thesse Indentures inter-
changeable have put theyre handes and Seales the day and year

By Virtue of the Insewing letter of Attorney from Richard True
& Anne True his Wife Simond Steevens doth Acknowledge a Tracte
of land to John Boyden
Know All Men by thesse presents tht I Richard True of Charles
county in the Province of Maryaland Boatwright have made or-
dained constituted and appoynted and by thesse Presentes doe make
ordayne Constitute and appointe my Trusty and well beloved Freind
Simon Steevens of the same place my true and Lawfull Attourney
for me and in my name Place and stead to deliver and alsoe give
graunt and make over from me and my wife Anne A Certayne parcell
or Tract of lande of one hundred Acres the lande Called Nonesuch
lying in the County aforesd from Wee our heyres Execrs and Ad-
ministratours unto John Boyden of the said County to him the Said
boyden his heyres Executors and Administratours and Assignes and
Wee Richard and Anne Truce doe both of us impower our At-
torney To signe Seale and Delivery Make in open court Court att
the next Ensewing Court held in this said Charles County such
sufficient deedes and Assurance of the aforesd land unto the aforesd
Boyden his heyres and Assignes as in law is requisite to be done or
as he the sd Boyden by his learned. Councell in the law shall be devised
or advized unto: It being for a full and valleuable consideration
under hand and Seall by us already received And after the Delivery to
be made in Court and Livery and Seizing wth Possession granted
of the aforesd premises by our said. Attourney wee the sd Richard
and Ann True both of us do promise by thesse pressents shall be
our Effectuall deed in Law to All Intentes constructions or Purposes
As if the sd Richard and Anne True Had given Possession by livery
and Seizing by Turfe and Twig ourselves and alsoe had delivered
the same in Court By firme deedes then and their our selves in wit-
