      whereupon the Comishoners ordred the Judgmt Should be entred
    agt the Defts according to the Tenr of the Virdict

      John Mould was attacht to answeare unto John Harvy of a plea
    of trespass on the Case
      The Plaintfs Declaracon is read as followeth
      And whereupon the said John Harvy complaynes agt the said John
    Mould for that whereas Some tyme in May Anno Dni 1667 the Said
    John Harvy did Deliver unto the Said John Mould one Citterne to
    be glewed & mended & afterwards did Sevall tymes demand the same
