     Administrators the said land and all other the Bargained prmisses and Liber E
     every part and parcell thereof wth every of theyre Rights membrs
     and appurtenances unto him the said George Hoims his heyres
     Executors Administrators and assignes to the use above menconed
     agt him the said John Grubb his heyres Executors & Administratrs
     and agt all other psons wtsoever Shall and will warrt and forever
     defend by these prsents the the Rents and Services wch hereafter
     Shall grow due or payable to the Lord or Lords of the fee or fees
     thereof for or in respect of his or theyre Seignorye or Seignories
     onely excepted and foreprized and the Said Jno Grubb for him Selfe [lot. 85]
     his heyres Executors & Administratrs doth Covenant pmise grant &
     agree to and the Said Geo: Holmes his heyres and assignes tht
     he the said Jno Grubb his heyre Executors & Administrators Shall
     at any tyme wthin Seven yeares after the date hereof at the request
     and at the cost & charge in the Law of him the sd George Holmes
     his heyres or assignes make Seale and deliver Such farther assure-
     ance or assureances as he the Said George Holmes or his heyres or
     assignes or his or theyre Councell learned in the law Shall devise
     or him the said John Grubb his heyres Executors & Adminrs or any
     of them thereunto reasonably require, In witness whereof the partyes

       By Virtue of this ensueing Lre of Attorny from Mr Joseph Har-
     rison Rich Boughton doeth acknoledge a parcell of Land to Luke
     Green
       Know all men by these prsents tht I Joseph Harrison of Nangemye
     in Charles County doe hereby Constitute ordaine & appoynt Rich
     Boughton of the said County my true and lawfull Attorney for me
     and in my name and Stead to acknowledg in Court to Luke Greene
     of the County aforesd all my Right Title & intrest in & to a certaine
     Tract of land conteyning two hundred acres according to the Tenour
     & purport of a Deed of Conveyance of the same tyme Signed Sealed
     the nynth day of this Instant Novembr & in the keeping & custody
     of the Said Green to whome I delivered the same as my Act & deed
     the day above said and in witness to these prsents I have sett my
