      In a certain matter of difference depending betweene Nicholas
     Salby plt and John Wheeler Deft the plt prferrs this ensueing declara-
     eon: and whereupon the said Nicholas Salsby by his Att. Sam:
     Cressy complayneth agt the said Wheeler and Sayth that he the said
     Nicholas on the Sixth day of February and in the fortyeth yeare of
     the Dominion of Caecilius Annoq Dni 1671 at the Speciall instance
     and request of him the said Jn0 Wheeler did administer divers and
     Sundry pcells of phisicke and attended on the said Wheeler Seven
     dayes as p a pticular account in Court produced relacon being there-
