    tenances or priveledges the land above menconed Sold to the said
    Peter Achilles onely excepted before bargained or by these prsents
    Sold or hereby intended to be bargained or Sold together wth all the
    preveledges before menconed to him the said John Munn his heyres
    and Assignes forever and the said Robt Prouse for himselfe his
    heyres Executors and Administrators doth covenant promise and
    grant to and wth the said John Munn his heyres Executors Adminis-
    tratrs and Assignes that he the Said Robt his heyres Executors and
    Administratrs the said land and all other the before bargained
    Prmisses and every part and parcell thereof theyre and every of
    theyre Rights members and appurtenances to him the said John Munn
    his heyres Executors Administrators and Assignes to the use above
    menconed agt him the said Prouse his heyres Executors and Ad-
    ministrtrs and agt all other pson wtever Shall and will warrt and
    forever defend by these prsents the Rents and Services wch hereafter
    Shall grow due and payable to the Lord or Lords of the Fee or
    Fees for or in respect of his or theyre Seignory or Seignoryes onely
    excepted and foreprized moreover the said Robt Prouse doth cove-
    nant promise and grant to and wth the sd John Munn his heyres
    Executors & Adminrs and every of them that he the said Robt
    Prouse his heyres Executors and Administrators Shall at any tyme
    wthin Seven yeares after the date of these prsents at the request
    and at the cost and charge in law of him the Said Jno Munn his
    heyres or Assignes make Seale and deliver unto the sd' John Munn
    his heyres Executrs Adminisrs and Assignes Such farther assureance
    and assureances as he the said Jno Munn his heyres Executors Ad-
    minrs or Assignes or his or theyre Councell learned in the law Shall
    devise or him the said Prouse his heyres Executrs and Administrators
    or any of them thereunto reasonably required In witness whereof
    the partyes above named to these prsent Indentures have sett theyre
    handes and Seales the day and yeare first above menconed

      Henry Aspinoll and Thomas prf errs this agreemt to the Comishon-
    ers, and craves tht it may entred upon reccord
      Memorandum whereas by a Conveyance beareing date the 9th of
    June 1671 of a parcell of land containeing two hundred Sold by
    Thomas Allanson of Charles County Gent unto Walter Pake of St
    Maryes County his heyres and Assignes to have and hold forever
     Said land the Said Pake hath given invested and Setled and Sold
    unto Henry Aspinoll of Charles County him his heyres and Assignes
    forever it wch Said Conveyance it's Said runing East three hundred
    and twenty pches but to noe pticular boundes, therefore it is now
