        Liber E    bargaines Sales gifts grants bargaines Sales rent charges mortgages
              Joyntures dames and demandes wtever by him them or any of them
              had done or comitted or to be done or comitted and the said Jn0
              Munn for himselfe his heyres Executors Administrs and Assignes
              shall and may by vertue of these prsents from tyme to tyme and at
              all tymes hereafter for ever quietly peaceably have hould occupy
              possess and enjoy the said land all and Singular the before bargained
              premisses wth theyre and every of theyre Rights members and ap-
              purtinances and have recd and taken the Rents and Issues thereof
              to his and theyre prop use and behoofe forever wthout any manner
              of lett or interrupcon of or by the said John Munn or of or by his
              heyres Executrs Administrators or any other pson or psons wtever
              lawfully claiming from by or any of them or by his theyre or any
              of theyre meanes or procuremts the Rents and Services wch from
              henceforth for & in respect of the afore menconed prmisses Shall
              grow due or payeable to the cheife Lord or Lords of the fee or
              fees thereof and respect of his or theyre Signorye or Signoryes onely
              excepted and it is further Covenanted and agreed thL thc Said Jno
              Munn Shall wthin Six monthes after the date hereof at the cost and
              charge in law of the said Will Boyden acknowledge in Court a Fyne
              as is usuall in the Kingdom of England of the said pcell of land and
              all other the prmisses and the same by the said Fine Shall remise and
              acquitclaime from him the said Jno Munn his heyres Executors
              Administrators unto him the said Will Boyden his heyres and As-
              signes forever and the said John Munn doth for himselfe his heyres
              Executors and Administratrs covenant and grant to and wth the
              said Will Boyden that he the said John Munn his heyres Executors
              and Administrators Shall and will at any tyme or tymes wthin Seven
              yeares next following upon the request and the cost and charge in
              law of the said Will Boyden his heyres Executors make and deliver
              such assurance or assureances for the prmisses as he the said Boyden
              his heyres or Assignes or any of them or his or theyre or any of
              there Councell learned in law Shall him the said Munn his heyres
              Exectors Administrators or Assignes or any of them thereunto
              required and the said Jno Munn for him his heyres Executors Ad-
              ministrators and Assignes all and Singular the before bargained
              prmisses wth theyre appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof
              to the said Will: Boyden his heyres Exectrs Administrators and As-
              signes to the intent and meaneing aforesaid Shall and will warrt
              and forever defend by these prsents, in witness whereof the partyes
              first above menconed have interchangeably Set theyre handes and
              Seales the day and yeare first above written
