     edge the receipt & thereof & of every part & parcell thereof doe
     acquitt Exonerate & for ever discharge the sd Benja: Rozer his
     heirs Exectrs & Administrs have given granted bargained sold as-
     signed & set over & by these prsnts doe give grant Bargaine sell [p.26]

     or assignes all tht parcell of Land mencioned in the wthin written
     Lease together wth the Appurtenances & all houses edifices buildings
     orchards Leases tenemts wtsoe ever to the same belonging & all the
     estate right title Interest possession tearme of years to Come clame
     or demand wtsoever I now have or had may might should or in
     any wise ought to have or dame of in or to the wthin mencion'd Lease
     or Land therein specified & other the prmises wth the Appurtenances &

     written Lease & all the estate Right title interest terme of yeares by
     the sd Lease granted & therein now to Come & unexpired unto the sd

     and beneficiall a manner to all intents Constructions & purposes as I
     the sd Edmd Lyndsy have hath may might should or in any wise
     ought to have or enjoy by virtue & force of the within recited lease
