Mr Marshall desired his Attachmts might be discontinued.
Whereas Wm Per foit made Complaint agt Joseph Peters who was
cleared & freed by Proclamacon and It was alsoe further ordered
tht the said Joseph Peters shall remaine in the sheriffs hands till he
give his owne bond tht he comes not into the Company of Anna
Bramstone any more & that if they happen to meet he avoid her
Company & tht he shall not beate Wm Perfoite nor come upon
his plantacon
Henry Bonner Confessed a judgmt to Samll Fendall for 458 lb of
tobaccoe
