Mr Emanson prsents a servt for runing away who is ordered 12

Wm Allen & John Munn acknowledge this following Conveyance
to Tho: Bennett of St Marys County
This Indenture made the eight day of June in the yeare of our
Lord one thousand six hundred sixty & nine betwixt Wm Allen &
John Munn of Charles County in the Province of Mary Land on
the one parte & Thomas Bennett of St Marys County in the afore-
said Province of the other parte Witnesseth tht the sd Wm Allen &
John Munn as well for & in Consideracon of nine thousand pounds
of Tobacco & Cask to them in hand pd by the sd Thom: Bennett
where wth the sd Wm Allen & Jo: Munn doe acknowledge themselves
fully satisfied & thereof & there from & of & from every part &
parcell thereof doe acquit release & discharge the sd Thomas Bennett
his heires Executors & Administrators by these prsents As also for
diverse other Good Causes & Considerations them there unto move-
ing Have given granted Alien'd bargained Sold enfeoffed & Con-
[p. 89] firmed And by these prsents doe fully Clearly & absolutely give grant
alien bargaine sell enfeoffe confirme unto the sd Thom: Bennett his
Executors heirs Administratrs & Assignes for ever all tht parcell or
tract of Land lyeing on the north side of Potomucke River in the
County aforesd begining at a marked Locust standing on the high
Cliffes some two leagus above Caedar point from thence ruing North
by the river side for lenght 120 pearchs to a marked white Oake
