     Contented by these presents as allsoe for diverse good Causes and

     doth fully and absolutely graunt Bargaine Enfeoffe Sell Assigne
     Set over and Confirme unto the sd George Bankes his heires Execu-
     tors Adminrs all tht part and parcell of Land. Scituate Lyeing and
     Being on the east Side of the Maine Fresh of the Creeke formerly
     Called Nangemy Ck now Avon River in Charles County adjoyning
     to the Land of the sd Humphrey Jones and being part of the foure [p. 23]
     Hundred acres wch Owen Jones purchased of Mr James Lyndsey the
     Pattent Bearing date the twenty Seaventh of June one Thousand
     Sixe Hundred Sixty and two Beginning and Bounding on the east
     upon a red oake by a Line drawne North and by east for breadth
     fiftie perches to a Marked red oake on the North by a Line drawn
     West from the sd oake for Length three hundred and twenty pearches
     to a Marked Pokikory tree in a Valley on the West by a Line drawn
     South and by West from the sd Pokikory for breadth fifty pearches
     to a Marked pokikory on the South by the sd Humphrey Jones his
     Land, and paralell Containing and Now Laid out for one Hundred
     acres be it more or Lesse all and Singular which sd parcell of Land
     together with all and Singular its rights Members and jurisdictions
     and appurtenances with all houses thereon orchards easemts tene-
     ments orchards Backsides Meadowes feedings pastures Woods under-
     woods Waies proffits Comodities hereditamts and appurtenances
     whatsover unto the sd Parcell of Land belonging or in any waies
     appertaining To Have and to Hold the sd Parcell of Land and all
     and Singular the premises aforementioned to be herein Bargained,
     and Sold with the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof
     whatsoever before Named or recited unto the sd George Bankes his
     heires Executrs Adminrs and Assignes for ever yeilding and Paying
     therefore unto the Cheife Lord, or Lords of the fee or fees the Rents
     and Services wch from henceforth from time to time Shall growe
     due for or in Respect of his or their Seigniory or Seigniories And
     the sd Humphrey Jones for himselfe his heires Executrs Adminrs
     and Assignes Doth Covenant and Agree to and wth the George
     Bankes his Heires Executrs Adminrs and assignes shall and May
     Lawfully peaceably and quietly have, hold use occupie possesse and
     enjoy all and Singular the premises before by these presents Bar-
     gained and Sold and every part and parcell thereof with every its

     trouble eviction interruption or demand of or by the sd Humphrey
     Jones or of or by his heires Executors Adminrs or assignes or of or
     by any other person or persons Lawfully Claiming from by or under
