wth the appurtenances, or any parcell thereof in the Name of the

Henry Frankam Acknowledged this following Conveyance of
Land to Thomas Allanson at the Court held in the County of Charles
County in June 1668
This Indenture Made the Ninth Day 0f Junc Annoq Dni one
Thousand Sixe hundred Sixty and eight Between Henry Frankam
of Charles County in the province of Marieland planter of the one
part and Thomas Allanson of the same County gent of the other
part Witnesseth That the said Henry Frankam as well for and in
Consideration of the Quantity of two Thousand pounds of tobaccoe
and Caske to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Allanson the
Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and himselfe there-
with to be fully Satisfied Contented and paid as allsoe for diverse good
Causes and Considerations him the sd Henry Frankam thereunto
Moving Hath Bargained Sold aliened, enfeoffed Assigned Set over
