Charles County Court Proceedings, 1668—1670. 151 or Assignes of the Same or any part or parcell thereof the aforesd Liber D Land wth all and Singular its rights, Members, Jurisdictions and appurtenances shall Returne unto the proper use and behoofe of the sd George Harris his heires Executors Adminrs and assignes and this present Indenture to be voyd and of none effect And the said George Harris his heires Executors Adminrs and assignes Shall and will at any time within Seaven yeares next following upon the request and at the Cost and Charge in the Lawe of the sd Robt Robbins his heires Executrs Adminrs and assignes Make and Deliver such further Assurance, and Assurances for the sd premises as he the sd Robt Robbins his heires Executrs Adminrs or assignes or any of them or his, their, or any of their Councel Learned in the Lawe [p. 13] Shall him the said George Harris his heires Executors Administra- tors or any of them thereto Require In Witnes whereof the parties aforesd to these Indentures interchangeably have put their hands, and Seales the Day and yeare first above written Signed Sealed and Delivered his by Turfe and twigge wth George G H Harris Possession and Seisin Marke in the psence of us 0 Owen Jones his John X Couffer Marke Mdum the Word power interlined Between the twenty eighth and twenty Ninth Lines before assigned Know all Men by these presents That I Walter Pake of great St Lawrance in the County of St Maries in the Province of Maryland for diverse good and valueable Considerations me thereunto Moving have Given graunted assigned Confirmed, and Set over unto Henry Aspinall and Mary his wife and their heires for ever three hundred and fifty acres of Land Scituate in Charles County one hundred and fifty acres thereof being tht Land bought of William Boyden being Called Doags Neck as by Conveyance by the said Boyden to me bearing Date the thirteenth of August 1667, may appeare, and the other two hundred acres being Land Bought of Mr Thomas Allanson as by Conveyance allsoe may appeare To Have and to Hold the sd three hundred and fifty acres of Land unto the sd Henry & Mary and their heires for ever And if the sd Mary Aspinall die without issue then the said Land to be at the Will and Disposall of the said Henry Aspinall to Bargaine Sell Let or farme the same at his pleasure And tht the said Henry and Mary shall when they Shall thinke fitt Sell or Dispose of the said Land Making good and assur ing the Like quantity of Land to the heires of Mary Aspenall Law- fully begotten on her body And I doe further for me my heires Executrs and Adminrs Covenant and promise tht the said Land is |
