By virtue of this writt I have Sumoned Mr James Lyndsey who Sherrifes
is readie to appeare to the said Aeon Benja: Rozer Sherrife retorne
Edward Price entereth the marke of his hogges and Cattle vizt
The Left eare Cropt and two Slitts, and the Right eare whole
James Bowling Demandeth a writt of Scire facias to John
Morrice to Shew cause if he can wherefore writt of Execucon
should not forthwth issue to Levie 500 lb for wch above a yeare and
a day past he obtained order agt the said John Morrice. Writt of
Scire facias to the Sherrife Retornable on the 10th Day of March
1667/8.
I have Summoned the within Named Jo. Morrice as this writt Sherrifes
Requireth Benja. Rozer Sherrife retorne
mr Francis Pope Demandeth a Subpaena for Joseph Cooper to
give evidence in a difference Between him & mr Beane the Next Crt

Marie Robertson Servt of John Coates was Adjudged by the
Court to be Seaventeen yeares of age But yet
Mdm It was the request of her Master tht she should serve but sixe
yeares & accordinglie soe ordered by the Court.
Thomas Seer Servt of Colon. Gerrard Fowke presented by James [p. 2561
Macoy was adjudged by the Court to be Thirteen yeares of age.
William Bowing Servant of Archivall Waahob was Adjudged by
the Court to be sixteen yeares of age & to Serve sixe yeares.
