By virtue of this writt I have Sumoned Mr James Lyndsey who Sherrifes is readie to appeare to the said Aeon Benja: Rozer Sherrife retorne Edward Price entereth the marke of his hogges and Cattle vizt The Left eare Cropt and two Slitts, and the Right eare whole James Bowling Demandeth a writt of Scire facias to John Morrice to Shew cause if he can wherefore writt of Execucon should not forthwth issue to Levie 500 lb for wch above a yeare and a day past he obtained order agt the said John Morrice. Thomas Seer Servt of Colon. Gerrard Fowke presented by James [p. 2561 Macoy was adjudged by the Court to be Thirteen yeares of age. William Bowing Servant of Archivall Waahob was Adjudged by the Court to be sixteen yeares of age & to Serve sixe yeares. |
