Gentlemen
We return you the Bill entitled an Act for the speedy Payment
of sundry Persons several sums of Money, allowed to them on
Account of the late War, with a Negative, because we think that
there are other Persons equally entitled to Satisfaction from the
Public, who ought to be considered at the same Time with Those
who are favoured with the above Bill.
