thereto, that such Warehouse Keeper or Keepers, shall and will dur-
ing his or their Continuance in his or their Office of Warehouse
Keeper or Keepers, safely and securely keep all Tobaccoes, that shall
be by him or them received, as Warehouse Keeper or Keepers afore-
said, and will well and faithfully deliver the same in the like Order
as the same shall be received, without any Damage, Diminution, or
Alteration thereof, so far as he or they can prevent the same, and a
true and faithful Account of all his or their Receipts and Deliveries
of Tobacco, shall keep; and also shall take an Oath or Affirmation
if a Quaker, to the same Effect, and procure a Certificate of such
Oath or Affirmation. Which Bond and Certificate, shall be laid be-
fore the then next County Court to be held for the County, wherein
the same shall be given, for the Courts Approbation; and if they
are approved, the same Bond shall be recorded in the Records of the
same Court, and shall and may be sued by any Person grieved, by
a Breach thereof, without any Assignment, and a Copy of the Record
thereof under Seal, shall and may be given in Evidence on any
Trial, instead of the Original; but if the Securities shall not be
approved of as aforesaid, a new Bond with better Securities shall
be thereupon given, approved and recorded as aforesaid. After
which Bond and Certificate so produced, and Securities so approved
of, and not before, the Inspector or Inspectors aforesaid, shall and
may act as Warehouse Keeper or Keepers, and the Keys and Cus-
tody of the said Warehouses to be erected in virtue of this Act,
shall be delivered to him or them.

V. And be it further Enacted, That before any Warehouse shall
be esteemed sufficient, or given in Charge to any Warehouse Keeper
as aforesaid, the same Warehouse as well as the Wharf and Crane
aforesaid, shall be viewed by at least three of the Justices of the
County in which the same shall be, and be by them approved as
sufficient, and a Certificate thereof signed by the said three Justices,
entered on Record: And such Warehouses, Wharfs and Cranes,
shall be so viewed and approved in the Month of November, yearly,
and if any of them shall on any such View be deemed insufficient,
such Warehouse shall not thenceforth, until the same be sufficiently
repaired and approved of as aforesaid, have any Tobacco stored
therein.

VI. And be it further Enacted, That no Person whatsoever, shall
keep any Goods for Sale in any of the said Warehouses, but that
they be wholly kept and appropriated to and for the Storing and
Keeping of Hogsheads, Casks, and Cases of inspected Tobacco, for
Exportation.

VII. And be it further Enacted, That upon the Order or Re-
quest of any Proprietor of inspected Tobacco, which by the Laws
now in Being may or can be exported, and delivering up the In-
spectors Note therefor, the Inspector or Inspectors at any Inspecting
