the Same, That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled an
Act to exempt Persons appearing at Musters from arrests in civil
Cases, made at a session of Assembly begun and held at the City of
Annapolis the tenth day of May anno Domini Seventeen hundred
and forty eight, be, and is hereby continued and shall remain and
be in full force for and during the Term of Seven years next ensuing
and to the end of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen
after the end of the said seven years.

An Act continuing an Act entituled, an Act for Punishment of Horse
Stealers, and other Offenders
Be it enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the advice and consent of his Lordship's Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of
the same, That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled an
Act for Punishment of Horse Stealers and other Offenders, made at a
session of Assembly begun and Held at the City of Annapolis the
first day of May Anno Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and
forty four be and is hereby continued and shall remain and be in
full force, for and during the Term of Seven years next ensuing,
and to the end of the next Session of Assembly which shall happen
after the end of the said seven years.
