Act to the Act entituled an Act impowering the commissioners
of the County Courts to levy and raise Tobacco to defray the
Necessary Charges of their Counties and Parishes.

Be it Enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the advice and Consent of his Lordship's Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the
same, That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled, and
Additional and explanatory Act to the Act entituled, an Act im-
powing the Commissioners of the County Courts to levy and raise
Tobacco to defray the necessary Charges of their Counties and
Parishes made at a session of Assembly begun and held at the City

of Annapolis the tenth day of May one Thousand seven hundred
and forty eight, be, and is hereby continued and Shall remain and
be in full force, for and during the Term of Seven years next,
ensuing and to the End of the next Session of Assembly which shall
happen after the End of the said seven years

Be it enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the advice and Consent of his Lordships Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of
the Same That an Act of Assembly of this Province entituled, an
Act relating to Guardians and Orphans made at a session of assembly
begun and held at the City of Annapolis the twenty eighth day of
March one Thousand Seven hundred and fifty Eight be and is hereby
continued and shall remain and be in full force for and during the
Term of Seven years next ensuing and to the end of the next session
of Assembly which shall happen after the end of the said Seven
years
