Your Committee have inspected the said Account amount-

ing in the whole to 102,743^lb of Tobo and find that the

same is partly constituted of Charges for two hundred
and four Inspectors Commissions (that Number being

30,600

by the Account supposed though not asserted to have

been Issued) at 150.^lb Tobo each.....................
