The House met
Mr Sothoron and M.r Buchanan appeared in the House
John Ridout Esq.r from the Upper House delivers to Mr Speaker
a Petition of sundry the Inhitants of Prince Georges County
And a Petition of Baldwin Skidmore a languishing Prisoner in
Prince Georges County Goal Severally Indorsed "By the Upper
House of Assembly referred to the Consideration of the Lower
House of Assembly
Which Petitions were here read the first Time and Ordered to
lye on the Table

The House adjourns 'till the Morrow Morning at 9 of the Clock

Mr Edmunson Mr Gibson and Mr Sulivane have Leave of Absence
M.r Wright from the Committee of Accounts brings in and
delivers to Mr Speaker the follg Report Viz

By the Committee of Accounts Dec.r 10.th 1765
Your Committee in Obedience to the Order of the Honble House
for enquiring into the Expence attending the Sitting of Assembly
since the passing the last Journal and particularly the Expence of the
Committee Rooms Do Report that by the Journals it appears the
whole Expence attending the Sitting of Assembly from Febry Anno
1756 the Close of the last Journal to the 16.th Day of Nov.r last on
which Day the present Journal was closed Amounts to three Millions
nine Hundred fifty Thousand four Hundred and eighty two pounds
of Tobacco and three Hundred and five pounds seven Shillings Cur-
rent Money Viz
