Law this House thought him very tenderly dealt with by this Bill
in only being obliged to make a Sufficient Lock by the first Day of
October next in which private Interest and public Convenience are
intended as far as they can to be reconciled. We therefore hope that
on reconsidering the Mre the same Reasons that influences this
