The Bill Entituled an Act to prevent the Navigation on potomack
River Monococy and great Conegocheauge Creeks being obstructed
was sent to the Upper House by M.r Harris and M.r R. Goldsborough

On Motion of Thomas Ringgold Esq.r Leave is given to bring in
a Bill to limit the Time of receiving Bills of Credit into the Loan
Office and other purposes therein mentioned
Ordered that Edmund Key Thomas Ringgold and James Hollyday
Esq.rs do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly

On Reading the Accounts produced against the public on the Alarm
from Lancaster and Baltimore County in Nov.r 1755 the Question
was put whether the Sum of £30.33. 3d being the Ballance of s.d
Account claimed by Bayard Veasey shall be allowed or not ?
Resolved in the Affirmative
