It being moved by M.r J. Goldsborough from the Committee of
Accounts that the Sense of the House be made known whether the
Claims of the Militia Accounts for provisions and Waggons and
quartering of Soldiers be inserted in the Journal of Accounts
On Motion the Question was put whether the Claims of the Militia
Accounts for provisions and Waggons and Quartering of soldiers
be inserted in the Journal of Accounts or in a Bill to be prepared
for that Purpose
Resolved that the Claims be inserted in a Bill to be prepared for
that purpose
Ordered that Col.o Tilghman Mr Johnson Mr Hammond and
Mr Ringgold do prepare and bring in a Bill accordingly
Ordered that Henry Hollyday and Samuel Wilson Esq.rs do
acquaint his Excellency that this House hath prepared an Address
to be presented to him and desires to know when and where he will
please to receive it they return and acquaint Mr Speaker that the
Governor signified he would be ready to receive the Address im-
mediately in the Conference Chamber
Ordered that Mr Murdock and three more do present the Address
The House adjourns till the Morrow Morning at 9 of the Clock
