And be it further enacted that of all the Duties Taxes and Impo-
sitions hereafter to be Collected and which since the twenty ninth
day of September last have been Collected for the use of the County
School within this Province there shall be Paid by the Treasurers
to the Visitors aforesaid or their order an equal Dividend by them
to be Applyed and expended to and for the Purchasing of one Acre
of Land as af.^d and Building an House and other Conveniencies as
aforesaid and to and for the Use and Benefit of the said School in
the like Manner as the Dividend due to the other County Schools
is by Law Directed to be Applied

An Act entituled a Supplementary Act to An Act entituled an Act
for the Speedy and Effectual Publication of the Laws of this
Province and for the encouragement of Jonas Green of the City of
Annapolis Printer
Whereas it is represented to this General Assembly By Jonas
Green Printer of the Province that the Time Limitted By an Act
of Assembly made at a Session begun and held at the City of
Annapolis the Seventeenth day of March in the Year of our Lord
Seventeen hundred and Sixty two entituled An Act for the Speedy
and effectual Publication of the Laws of this Province and for the
encouragement of Jonas Green of the City of Annapolis Printer is
too Short for the Printing the Laws and Votes and Proceedings of
this Session from the Approaching bad Season of the Year and that
the Time therein Limitted may Be Lengthened

Be it enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordships Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the
same that the Time in the said Act be Lengthened and that the said
Jonas Green shall Print the Laws of this Session within four
Months and the Votes and Proceedings of the Lower House of
Assembly this Session within five Months after the end thereof and
that on his Printing and delivering the Laws and Votes and Pro-
ceedings of this Session within the Time herein Limitted he shall
be and is hereby entituled to all the Benefits of the said Law as if he
had Printed them within the Time therein Limitted Provided always
that nothing in this Act shall be construed to repeal the af.^d Act
except as to the Printing the Laws and Votes and Proceedings of
this Session of Assembly only
