An Act for the Adjournment of Prince Georges County Court
Whereas some of the Justices of the said Court and the Attorneys
Practicing the Law therein are Members of the Assembly and
Obliged to Attend their duty therein Be it therefore enacted by the
Right Honourable the Lord Proprietor by and with the Advice and
Consent of his Lordships Governor and the Upper and Lower
Houses of Assembly and the Authority of the same That all Causes
Pleas Process and Proceedings either Civil or Criminal now Depend-
ing in or returnable to the said County Court to be held the fourth
Tuesday in November in this Present Year shall be and are by Virtue
of this Act Adjourned and Continued from the said fourth Tuesday
of November untill the third Tuesday in December next following
the said fourth Tuesday in November and shall be in the same
Plight and Condition as they would be on the said fourth Tuesday
in November any Law Usage or Custom to the Contrary Notwith-
standing Provided always that as the Court in the said County is by
this Act put off til a Time too late in the Year to send out the Officers
and Lawyers fees to the Sheriff of the said County by the tenth day
of January next the said Officers and Lawyers shall Nevertheless
have Time till the twentieth day of January next to deliver their
several Lists and Accounts of Fees to the Sheriff of that County
any other Law to the Contrary Notwithstanding

An Act to enable the Rector Vestrymen and Church Wardens of
the Parish of St Margarets Westminster in Ann Arundel County
for the Time being to Sell a Tract of Land therein mentioned
and to Apply the Produce Money arising by such Sak toward
the Purchase of another Piece of Land to be made a Glebe for
the use of the Incumbent of that Parish and his Successors

[Preamble]

Whereas the Rector Vestrymen Church Wardens and Sundry of
the Principal Inhabitants and freeholders of the Parish of St Mar-
garets Westminster in Ann Arundel County by their Humble Peti-
tion to this General Assembly have set forth that they in Right of
the Parish are Seized of a Tract or Parcel of Land Originally
Granted to a Certain William Fuller for one hundred and fifty
Acres and now commonly known by the Name of Whitehall lying
in an Extreme part of the said Parish near a Place called Sandy
