Major part of them shall and are hereby impowered and directed to
receive from the said James Hollyday Escp his Executor the one
Moiety of all such sum and sums of Money which at the Time
of the Division of the County of Somerset were in the Hands of
the said late Treasurer due to Somerset County School and the said
James Hollyday Esq; is hereby Authorized impowed and directed
to pay the same to the Visitors of Worcester County School for the
Time being or the Major Part of them or their Order or Orders for
the Use of Worcester County School

An Act for the Adjournment and Continuance of Frederick County
Court
Whereas some of the Attorneys practicing the Law in the said
Court are Members of the Assembly and Obliged to Attend their
duty therein Be it therefore enacted by the Right Honourable the
Lord Proprietary by and with the Advice and Consent of his Lord-
ships Governor and the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and
the Authority of the same That all Causes pleas Process and pro-
ceeding either Civil or Criminal now Depending in or returnable
to the said Court on the third Tuesday of November Seventeen
hundred and Sixty there shall be and are by Virtue of this Act
Adjourned and Continued untill the Second Tuesday in December
next and shall then be in the same Right State and Condition as
they would be on the said third Tuesday of November

An Act for Amending the Staple of Tobacco for Preventing Frauds
in his Majestys Customs and for the Limitation of Officers ffees
Whereas it is thought Convenient by this General Assembly to
have a Law for Preventing the Exportation of bad, unsound, and
Trashy Tobacco and to Prevent the many Frauds in deceiving his
Majesty of his Customs and for Limitation of Officers Fees.
