An Act Continuing an Act entituled an Act to Prevent Persons from
Secreting Boats Flats and other Vessels drove by Stress of
Weather or Otherwise from Landings and Moorings
Whereas an Act of Assembly was made at a Session of Assembly
begun and held at the City of Annapolis on the second day of October
in the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and fifty three
entituled an Act to prevent Persons Secreting Boats Flats and other
Vessels drove by Stress of Weather or Otherwise from Landings and
Moorings hath since by Experience Appeared to be a good and
Wholesome law and very beneficial to the People of this Province
