An Act Continuing an Act entituled a Supplementary Act to the
Act entituled an Act for the relief of Creditors in England against
Bankrupts who have imported Goods into this Province not Ac-
counted for
Whereas an Act of Assembly was made at a Session of Assembly

p. 436

begun and held at the City of of Annapolis on the second day of
October in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and
fifty three entituled a Supplementary Act to the Act entituled an
Act for the relief of Creditors in England against Bankrupts who
have imported Goods into this Province not Accounted for hath
since by Experience appeared to be a Good and Wholesome Law
and very beneficial to the People of this Province

made per-
petual]

Be it enacted by the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary by
and with the Advice and Consent of his Lordships Governor and
the Upper and Lower Houses of Assembly and the Authority of
the same that the same Act shall be Perpetual and is hereby continued
to be and remain in full force for ever

same That an Act of Assembly of this Province Entituled an Act
