The Collector of Excise for Kent County has rendered no Account
nor paid any Excise from March 25.^th 1759 to November in that
year nor Wheel Carriages for 1757, and the Sheriff of that County

Owes a Ballance of 32.. 8..4 1/2 for Ordinary Lycences in 1761 and
1...13...3 for Ordinary Lycences in 1762.
The Collector of the Land Tax for Ann Arundel hath not paid
the Land Tax from September 29.^th 1761. to March 25,^th 1763, nor
the Sheriff the Batchelors tax for 1762, and the Collector of the
Excise for the Same County from Sept.^r 29, ^th 1761, to June 1763.
The Sheriff of Calvert County has not accounted for the Batchelors
tax in 1759 and the Collector of Excise of same County has not
paid the half years Excise due Sept.^r 29.^th 1763.
The Sheriff of Prince Georges County has not paid the Batchelors
tax for 1762, and the Collector of the Land tax of said County is
indebted for half a years Land tax ending September 29.^th 1762. nor
have they or the Collector of Excise of that County accounted for any
duties and taxes of the present year.
The Sheriff of Charles County Owes 35...9.4 on Account of Ordi-
nary Lycences 1762.

The Collector of Excise of Queen Anns County has not accounted
nor paid between April the 12,^th 1762. and Sept.^r 1763.

The Sheriff and Collector of Excise and Land tax of Caecil County
has rendered no Accounts nor paid any money for Wheel Carriages
in 1755, & 1756 nor for Billiard Tables or Batchelors Tax in 1756,
1757, & 1763, or for Excise or Land Tax from June 1756. to Nov.^r
1757. also Owes half a years Excise ending Sept.^r 29.^th 1763

The Sheriff of Baltimore County has not accounted for the Batch-
elors tax in 1763, the Collector of the Land tax has not paid the
half year ending March 25.^th 1763, nor has the Collector of Excise
Accounted for, or paid the half years excise to Sept.^r 29.^th 1763.
The Sheriff of Talbot County has not paid the Batchelors tax in
1763. nor the Taxes on Wheel Carriages and Billiard Tables for 1762.
and the Collector of Excise for same County has not paid half years
Excise due Sept.^r 29.. 1763.

The Sheriff of Worcester County has not accounted for any Wheel
Carriages in 1761, & 1762, nor paid the Batchelors tax in 1762 &
1763. and the Collector of Excise of said County hath not paid the
half years Excise due Sept.^r 29, ^th 1763.

The Sheriff and Collectors of Excise and Land tax of Frederick
County have made no payment of any of the Taxes and Duties due
this present year

On Motion the question was put that this house doth agree to the
proposals mentioned in the Message from the Upper House of the
24, ^th of Nov.^r Instant brought down by John Ridout Esq.^r
