to prevent any future Loan of the Bills of Credit in the Paper
Currency Office and to ease the Inhabitants of this Province in the
Payment of Certain Taxes
An Act for the Security of the Publick Records and Papers
An Act to ease the Land Tax, An Additional Supplementary act
to the Act for Stay of Execution after the tenth Day of May yearly

An Act for Destroying Crows and Squirrels in Baltimore County
thus Endorsed
By the Lower House of Assembly 23. April 1762.
Read the first and Second time by Especial order and will pass

Read the first time in this House and Ordered to lye on the Table
The Journal of the Committee of Accts brought from the Lower
House by M.r John Goldsborough and others thus Subscribed,
By the Lower House of Assembly 23. April 1762
Read and assented to by the Lower House of Assembly

Read and will not be assented to by this House sent by Col.o Henry

Read the second time in this House an Act to establish a Market
at the Markethouse in Chester Town in Kent County and for the
regulation of the said Markett and will pass in Page 2d Line 3d
Leave out all that follows the words Small Debts to the end of the
Section and insert the following to be paid to such Persons as shall
by the Justices of Kent County be appointed Clk. of the Markett in
Chester Town to be by him applyed to the Repairs of the said
Marketthouse Leave out the Last Enacting Clause sent by Stephen

tion of the Breed of Fish in Susquehannah and will Pass the for-
feitures by the said Bill being applied in the following Manner

ships Governor for the time being residing in this Province and One
third Part to the Informer and sent by Richard Lee Esq:r
