emitting and making Current £90000 Current Money of Maryland
in Bills of Credit, was read with the Amendments proposed by the
Upper house and passed for Ingrossing

A petition of the Inhabitants of Charles Town in Charles County,
to prohibit the raising of Swine & Geese in Said Town, was read and
granted, and leave given to bring in a Bill accordingly to prayer

Mr Ringgold brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker An Ingrossed
Bill, Entd an Act for the more effectual Securing of Orphans estates:

The petition of Nathan Baker of Caecil County, Ex.r and residuary
Legatee of Jethro Brown deceased, was read & referred to the Con-
sideration of Next Assembly and Ordered to be heard on Wednesday
in the 2d Week of the Session af .d and that all partys concerned have
