The Bill Ent.d An Act for regulating Attachments, was read and
Committed for Amendments.
Mr Henry Steele, elected to Serve in this present general Assembly,
by the free Voters of Dorchester County, appeared in the house,
Orderd that Mr Ringgold and Mr Allen do go with that Gentleman
to the Upper house to See him there qualified, they return and
acquaint M.r Speaker, they saw Mr Steele take the Several Oaths
to the Government required by Law. Subscribe the Oath of Abjura-
tion repeat & Sign the Test.
The Gentleman took his Seat in the house.
