called and all appeared as yesterday except Mr Worthington and
Mr Ward.

A petition of Nathan Baker, of Caecil County Ex.r and residuary
Legatee of Jethro Brown, was read the first time and Ordered to
lye on the Table.
On Motion Ordered, that Mr Gantt and Mr H. Baker do tax the
fees to the Clerk and Serjeant, attending this house, for Several
Services by them done, by order of the house, and make Report
thereof.
The Report from the Committee appointed to inspect the Arms
and Ammunition and Accounts, relating thereto, was read the 2d
time, and the house concurs therewith, and Ordered, that an Address
be prepared to the Governor, representing the Grievance therein set
forth.
Ordered that Col.o Tilghman Mr Ringgold, and Mr Hall, do pre-
pare an Address relative to the said Report and bring in the same.
The petition of the Rector Vestrymen, & Church wardens of S.t
Margaret Westminster Parish, on the North side of Severn, was
read the 2.d time, and Granted;
Ordered that Mr Ringgold Mr Dulany, and Mr Key, do prepare
and Bring in a Bill according to prayer.
A Bill Ent.d An Act empowering Richard Richardson, of ffrederick
County to Sell and dispose of the lands which belonged to Richard
Richardson, his deceased father, and to apply the Money arising
therefrom to the Uses of his said fathers will, was read the first time,
and Ordered to lye on the Table.
