in his Majestys Customs, and for the limitation of Officers fees
which was read the first time, and Ordered to lye on the Table

On Motion of M^r Ringgold, leave is given to bring in a Bill for the
Adjournm^t of Frederick County Court.
M.^r Ringgold brings in and delivers to M^r Speaker, a Bill, Ent.^d
An Act for the Adjournment and continuance of ffederick County
Court, which was read the first and Second time by an especial
order, and will pass, and was Sent to the Upper house by M.^r Key &
M^r Hammond
J. Ridout Esq.^r from the Upper house delivers to M^r Speaker the
Bill Ent.^d a Supplementary Act to the Act Ent.^d an Act relating to
the Standard of English Weights and measures (Indorsed) By the
Upper house of Assembly 11.^th Nov.^r 1763.
Read the Second time and will pass, the forfeitures by the said
Bill being Applyed in the following manner; one third part thereof
to the Right Hon.^ble the Lord Proprietary, his heirs and Successors,
for the Support of Government; One third part to the Publick for
defraying the County Charge, where the Offence shall be committed,
and One third to the Informer.
