Seven Years Salary ending the 10,th of May 1763, amounting to
67,200,lb of Tobacco which being read the first & Second time, is
unanimously disallowed.
The Bill Ent,d a Supplementary Act to An Act Ent,d An Act for
erecting a County School in Worcester County and appointing
Visitors for the Same was read the 2,d time & the question was put,
that the said Bill do pass

that the same be then heard
The house Adjourns till the Morrow Morning at 9, of the Clock

The house met according to Adjournment the Members were
called and all appeared as Yesterday. Except M.r Henry Baker &
Mr Henry Hall
The proceedings were Read. M.r Gray has leave of Absence
The Order of the day being read; the house proceeded to take into
consideration the petition of John Stone Hawkins, and on Motion
the Question was put whether the house will proceed further on a
Consideration of the said petition, or not Resolved in the Affirmative
On further consideration of the said petition, Ordered that Mr
John Stone Hawkins do file his Petitionary Bill, and that he have
Notice to file the said Bill as soon as conveniently may be and that
