a Supplementary Act to the Act Ent.d An Act for emitting & making
Current 90000.lb current money of Maryland in bills of Credit; which
was Read the first time, & ordered to lye on the Table.
Mr Goldsborough brings in and delivers to Mr Speaker the follow-
ing Report (Vizt)
By the Committee of Elections and Priviledges, Oct.r 27, 1763.
Your Committee have inspected the Writ for Electing a Deputy
and Delegate for Caecil County, and the Return thereon and do find
that Mr Nathan Baker of Caecil County, is returned, your Committee
beg leave to Observe to the hon.ble House, that the Indenture annexed
to the Said Writ is not agreable to the Usual form of Indentures,
that it only Delegates the said Member by the Terms thereof, to
Serve in the General Assembly then Sitting, which your Committee
apprehend to be irregular all which is Submitted to the Honourable
House.
