are deposited in the Cellar below the Conference Chamber which is
very Damp and we imagine a very unfit place for fire Arms to be kept
in which unless soon removed and cleaned will be eat out with rust,
also Received from said Forts, Two hundred and fifty Cartouch
Boxes much rat eaten and fifty Bullet Molds very Rusty.
Your Committee also find that out of the Quantiy of Amunition
mentioned in Said last Report by a Memorandum given into us by
the Armourer, that the following quantities of Amunition have been
delivered out as the Armourer Says by Order of the Gov.r which
Order nor Receipts for the same have never been produced to us
Delivered out of the Magazine and Stores of the City of Annapolis,

delivered to Colo Thomas Prather or his Order at the
Mouth of Conococheague

July 11.th

By Order of his Excellency was Sent to Frederick County
2 Barrels Gun Powder marked F. L. B. 7 Cw.t Bar Lead,
6 Kegs of Leaden Ball which makes 1000. W.t to be
delivered to Col.o Thomas Prather at the Mouth of Cono-
gocheague

Your Committee beg leave to Acquaint your hon.ble house that
upon comparing the present Stock of Arms & ammunition and the
quantities said to be delivered out Since April 1762 with what was
on hand at that time that there is a deficiency of Six Barrels of
Gunpowder two kegs Musket Ball 997 Cw.t mixed Ball, 1 halberd.
1 Cask Barr Lead the delivery of which the Armourer cant give
any Satisfactory Account of and it further appears to your Com-
mittee that the present Armourer is and we imagine from his In-
firmity will continue incapable of taking due care of the Arms
many of which unless immediately cleaned and repaired will be
rendered useless to the Province

All which is humbly Submitted to the Consideration of the hon.ble
House
