Act Impowering Richard Richardson of Frederick County, to sell
and dispose of the Lands which belonged to his deceased Father
Richard Richardson, and to apply the Money arising therefrom, to
the Uses of his Said Father's Will, passed and sent by Richard
Lee Esq:r

Entituled An Act for imposing an Additional Duty of ten pounds p
poll on all Negroes imported into this Province — An Act for the
Adjournment of Prince Georges County Court — An Act impowering
the Justices of Prince Georges & Charles Countys to levy on the
Taxable Inhabitants of S.' John's commonly called King Georges
Parish in the Said County's the sum of 56,000£ of Tobacco for the
necessary Enlargement of this Parish Church thus Endorsed
By the Lower House of Assembly 18th Nov :r 1763
Read the first and second time by Especial Order and will pass
Signed p Order MMacnemara Clk. Lo. Ho.

Read the first and Second time by Especial Order the Bill for
Adj.th of Prince Georges County Court An Act impowering the
Justices of Prince Georges and Charles Counties, to Levy on the
Taxable Persons of S.' John's (commonly called King Georges)
Parish, in the said Counties, the sum of fifty Six Thousand pounds
of Tobacco, for the necessary Enlargement of their Parish Church,
passed and sent by John Ridout Esq.r
Adjourned till 3 of the Clock in the afternoon

Nov. 19, 1763, on the subject of the College bill does not appear in
the journal of the Upper House but will be found on page 382]
