Line of 2^d Page insert these, The Alienation Fine being Satisfied &
Sent by John Ridout Esq.^r
Mess:^rs Ringgold & Allen attend with M.^r Steele Member for
Dorchester County to see him qualified who takes the Oaths to the
Government Appointed to be taken by Act of Assembly repeats and
subscribes the Abjuration and Test and then withdraws
