A Bill from the Lower House by Mess:rs Key and Hammond
Entituled An Act for the Adjournment and Continuance of Fred-
erick County Court thus Endorsed

By the Lower House of Assembly 12.th Nov.r 1763
Read the first time by Especial Order & will Pass
signed p Order MMacnemara Clk. Lo. Ho.

Read the first & Second time by Especial Order Passed and sent
by John Ridout Esq.r

Read the Second time the Bill Ent.d a supplementary Act to the
Act Ent.d an Act for emitting and making current 90,000£ Current
money of Maryland in Bills of Credit and will Pass with the follow-
ing amendments Leave out the Words that follow the Word same
in the last Line except One of the first Page to the Word are in the
third Line of the second page and Insert the following Words, That
the several Naval Officers shall before the Sixth Day of October
in the Year of Our Lord 1764 pay into the hands of the Commis-
sioners or Trustees for Emitting Bills of Credit in this Province
good Bills of Exchange upon London Payable at Thirty Days Sight
for the Amount of the Duty of fifteen pence p Hogshead which
they shall respectively receive for Tobacco that shall be exported
after the first Day of December next instead of remitting such Bills
of Exchange to the Trustees in London as was directed by the above
recited Act and the Said Commissioners or Trustees for Emitting
the Bills of Credid established by Act of Assembly
