Council of the City of Annapolis referred to the Consideration of
the Lower House & Sent by John Ridout Esqr
Mess.rs Magruder & Chaplin attend with M.r Cresap Member for
Frederick to see him qualified who take the Oaths to the Government
appointed to be taken by Act of Assembly repeat & Subscribe the
Abjuration & Test and then withdraws
