An Ingrossed Bill, entituled, An Act to prevent any future Loan
of the Bills of Credit in the Paper Currency Office, &c.
An Ingrossed Bill, entituled, An Act for destroying of Crows and
squirrels in Baltimore County;
Were sent to the Upper House, with the Paper Bill, by Mr. J. J.
Mackall and Mr. Waring.
Col. Robert Jenckins Henry, from the Upper House, delivers
to Mr. Speaker, the Journal of Accounts; thus Indorsed, By the
Upper House of Assembly, 24th April, 1762. Read and will not be
Assented to.
The following Message was sent to the Upper House by Mr. Gantt
and Mr. Jacobs.
By the Lower House of Assembly, 24th April, 1762.
May it please your Honours,
This House has appointed Mr. Dulany, Dr. George Steuart, and
Mr. Worthington, to join one Member of your House, to contract
for Repairing the Public Buildings, and for taking a Sum of Money
not exceeding Two Hundred Pounds, out of the Treasurer's Hands,
for paying for the Repairs aforesaid.

Which was Read the first and second Time, and thereupon Or-
dered, That Mr. Ringgold, Mr. Dulany, and Mr. Hayward, do
prepare an Address, to be presented to his Excellency.
The House adjourns till 2 of the Clock.
Post Meridiem. The House met according to Adjournment.
Mr. Ringgold brings in and delivers to Mr. Speaker, an Ad-
dress to his Excellency; which was Read, Approved, and Ordered
to be Ingrossed.
