On Progression in Reading the Bill aforesaid, the Question was
put, That the following Clause be struck out, viz.

Provided also, and it is hereby Enacted, That the said Assessors
shall not assess any Person whatsoever having Three or more
Children, and whose whole Estate, Real and Personal, shall not be
valued to Fifty Pounds Current Money.
