       Whereas Richard Tilghman Doctor of Phisick haueing moved the
     Honble Court for a debt due from Thomas Hynson Senior late of
     Ta!bott County deceased of foure thousand six hundred sixty one
     pounds of tobacco to him the said Richard for divers meanes and
     medicines adniinistred to him and his family in his life tyme These
     are therefore to require you to appeare for us the Administrators
     of the said Thomas Hynson and to make declaration for Us at the
     suite of the said Richard & thereupon to confesse judgment either
     by non sum informatus, nihil dicit or Otherwise as you shall thinke
     fitting and this shall be your sufficient warrant in that behalfe In
     wittnes whereof wee have hereunto sett Our hands & seales the two
     and twentith day of May in the xxxvith yeare of the Dominion of
