              Toby Wells defendant from the County Court of Kent in the
              John Morecroft p qü Case to this Prouinall Court and the said
              Toby not returning the full matter of the Record to the Justices
              here soe that they could not proceed therein to determine the Cause
              It is therefore Ordred that the Commrs of Kent County Court shall
              proceed to the hearing & determining of the said Cause and that the
              said Toby Wells shall pay to the said John Vicaris his treble Costs
              according to the Order of Kent County Court aforesaid amounting
              to seauen hundred & twenty pounds of tobacco assessed by the Court
              here
