shall be Sued or Prosecuted for the said Offence, the Onus Probandi
shall lie on the Person Sued or Prosecuted, to make appear where
he or they disposed of such Ammunition, Warlike Stores, or
Provisions.
And be it further Enacted, That Oath shall be made by the Master
of every Vessel Clearing out, before the Naval-Officer of the Port
respectively, to the whole Quantity of Ammunition, Warlike Stores,
and Provisions of any Kind and Denomination whatsoever, laden on
board such Vessel.
