Present Mr William Stevens Capta William Thorne mr John Winder Commts mr Henry Boston on the Back side of the bill thus Jn° Buns bill for 500lb tob: after bill the Same day one pare of home made stockings 50; Liber B No.z That whereas Sarah Delamas deceased left her estate in the hands of William Boyse of Anamessick to the vallue of 4048lb of tob: ap prised to tht vallue by persons ordered to apprize the Same by the Court of Accomack in virginia & yor peticioner Tho: Manloue hath marryed Jane the Sister & heir of the Sd Sarah delamas the Said es tate being now in the hands of Robt Catlin executor in trust to the Sd William Boyse wch he denyeth & scrupleth to deliuer; Yor petr therefore humbly prayes yor worplls that order may be given to the Said Robert Catlin to deliver the Said estate to yor peticionr & his wife who are ready to giue their acquittance & discharge to the Said Robt Catlin upon the delivery of the Said estate to them And yor petrs shall ever Pray Tho: & Jane Manloue The plt Sues as in his peticion aboue p attorney Edwr Southrin mencioned The Deft pleades & Craueth Robert Catlin p Atr A nonsute; The Court upon serious John Avery deft Consideration orders A nonsute [p. 135] At A Courte helid for the County of Sothersett the 29th day of Septembr in the 37th year of the Dominion of Caecilius A° D° 1668 before his Lopps Justices thereunto assigned & Authorized mr Steven Horsi To the worpll Commrs of Sommersett County The humble Peticon of Randall Revell Humbly sheweth That whereas John Bun late of this County deceased standeth in debted upon bill dated the 3d day of August 1667 the summe of flue hundred pounds of tob: to yor peticionr as alsoe upon accot to the vallue of fifty pounds of tob: Now Soe it is that Edward Sonthrin being willfull administrator to the estate of John Bun, Yor peticr desireth order for his bill & accot & as in Dutie bound shall Pray This bill bindeth me John Bun of the County of Sommersett plantor my heires executors & admrs unto Randall Revell of the County aforesd gent his heires executrs admrs or assignes in the full & Just summe of flue hundred pounds of good marchantable tobacco & Caske without ground leaues or seconds to be paid upon demand in tes timony whereof I haue hereunto sett my hand & seale this third day of August one thousand Six hundrcd Sixty seaven John Bun (seale) Signed sealed & delivered in the presence of 728 Somerset County Court Proceedings, 1665 1668.
